Terrible terrible experience. Phone receptionist was good but there was a male nurse that no one informed me of so that made me uncomfortable. The Dr, Dr. Cunningham was a very rude woman. They was a gardening odor coming from the neck of their office, I could smell it as I was giving my urine sample. When the doctor entered the room, she accused me of being the gardener, her exam was very rough. Being almost 40 I’ve gotten Pap smears for decades and never could. I feel the provider scraping my insides. It was extremely uncomfortable, simultaneously she is a small lady, but using all of her force, while pushing down on my stomach… This was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. When we were finished, the doctor said that she hopes I smell better next time and that I don’t Garden before entering her practice. When I went to the lab to get blood drawn, that’s when the gardening smell got even stronger. When the technician came closer to draw my blood smell. I was so extremely uncomfortable being with a male nurse that no one told me about, dealing with a black doctor that looks like me and his purposely trying to put me in pain with the scraping and the comments, just for me to find out that is actually coming from one of her employees , I canceled my follow up appointment and three months later this office charged me for not showing up to an appointment that I canceled. I had to call my bank to report fraud and I’m waiting on the investigation.

Dr. Cunningham is highly intelligent. She's very sweet and soft spoken. She's on point with her medical advice and decisions. I would recommend her a million times over.

Loved the consultation and care I received from Dr. Cunningham. For over a year (prior to visiting) I couldn't figure out what was going on with me. I suspected perimenopause, but couldn't get the answers I needed from my OB. Dr. Cunningham not only validated my suspicions, but also put a plan in place to help me feel like myself again. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Awesome treatment from everyone there from the Lady at the Phone to the Nurse, PA
and especially Dr. Cunningham. They made me feel very welcome and relaxed especially
since I'm a guy going to a OB-GYN. Dr Cunningham does so much more with health care
and helps to treat many issues. She is treating me for testosteronal issues and lack of energy.

I've had some good interaction with Dr. Cunningham but overall it could be much better. Trying to to get a response about refills for prescriptions or questions answered can take days and is very frustrating. And then there is the hodgepodge of office hours that means a three minute recording simply to find out whether the office is open. Finally, I understand that the practice is a business and therefore trying to make money but a dollar for a face mask? Why not send patients a message when they're sent appointment reminders asking them to bring a face mask to their office visit. I could have easily brought one of my own from the box that cost me $5.
